I have an enterprising mind and I love to be inspired. Success is almost all I always think about. I know surrounding myself with like minds is very important.
I always get inspired, the idea deliberations and thoughts shared are most times challenging.
A couple of weeks ago, I got a call from one of the directors, asking if I knew Jason Njoku (Founder of iRoko Partners of iROKOtv and iROKING, and more recently SPARK.NG), and that he has an interesting blog I should checkout.
I spent some minutes on the blog, and I instantaneously and absolutely feel in love with Jason Njoku. I love the way he is unapologetic about his opinion. But what I love the most, is that he shares a real life experience of what an entrepreneur/business person gets down to, and not some polished published book by most entrepreneurs we have around.
He shares on how he and Bastian Gotter (his co-founder) started, challenges they face on a regular, how they surmount it, the competition, staying hungry for success and everything in-between. I will also be sharing some of his post, I’m sure you will love some; some will intrigue you, and some will just make you laugh. Do check out the guy’s blog- Just me. Jason Njoku. (Ermm you’ll have to pardon his french at times)
We need stuffs like this in Nigeria, more business people/entrepreneurs need to help inspire us, by telling us their unedited raw stories and that is what we are doing with CreativityTurf, to get as many stories as possible on here.
On another note, the Innovation Institute guys are in Nigeria, organizing trainings and workshops on innovation, I think it is a strictly by invitation event (I’m not sure, but you should contact them, and make sure to attend one of their open programs I’m sure they have one).
