TOMS Founder Blake Mycoskie: Ideas And Innovation Change The World

Life is an interesting journey you never know where it will take you, but you can influence that. Just make sure at the end of the road, you get to where you want to be. Today with you, we begin a journey towards making this world a better place, making me and you, a better person. Not that we have been bad people, but we have come to the realization, that with you we can only achieve more and make greater impact in this world.

Ideas and Innovation change the world. In 2006 Blake Mycoskie travelled to Argentina and he witnessed children walking barefooted, he returned the following year with friends and family to hand-place 10,000 pairs of new shoes to children. In between the visit and the return, he had setup the One for One movement, Blake made a commitment to match every pair of TOMS shoe purchased with a new pair given to a child in need. They have shared over 1 million shoes.
